Shelley Preston just caught up to the rest of us with this profound statement: “The familiar rule of thumb when it comes to wine is white goes with fish and poultry, and red is paired with red meat and red sauces. While this axiom is unquestioned by most casual wine drinkers, it isn’t always true.”
