Allowing wine to age

Better not lay down that Two Buck Chuck, (as if you didn’t know that already. This from Ohio:
“Proper storage helps wine age well
Start with a good wine. Not all types age well; don’t keep cheaper wines more than a year

A good wine improves with age. Resting in a bottle over time, it takes on new layers of flavor and texture. This doesn’t happen under just any circumstances, though. A wine must be stored properly to mature gracefully.”
