Bidding for Chalone

Chalone Wine Group received a new higher bid to buy the controlling shares of the company by an unnamed company, according to a Dow Jones report. This puts increased pressure on Domaines Barons de Rothschild, the company trying to take Chalone over, to raise their bid.

Why can’t we ship?
