A new cookbook for wine lover’s
Aptly named, “The Wine Lover’s Cookbook” by Sid Goldstein, is written around the wine, as opposed to pairing wine to the food. Zinfandel with a nice tomato sauce based dish, Pinot Noir highlighted by grilled duck breast, and Cabernet with Grilled Lamb chops in a reduction sauce are just some of the highlights. A write up on the book by Charles E. Olken discusses some of these pairings, although not much from the book is highlighted, it may entice your appetite for purchasing the book.
