Possible solution to Cork taint?
Scientists in Portugal have been researching ways to prevent TCA from creeping it’s way into bottles by means of the natural cork. An unspecified additive that is introduced during the boiling stage of the cork prevents a chance of TCA ever beginning, as has been shown in some preliminary testing.
