Ethanol Emissions - No Joking Matter
The same gas that is emitted by Cows during the digestion process, ethanol, is also emitted during the fermentation of wine. New regulations being drafted for San Joaquin Valley wineries aims to regulate the amount of ethanol released into the atmosphere by trapping the vapors using pollution control devices. The San Joaquin Valley is home to some of the most polluted air in the Country.
