That’s right, the San Francisco Chronicle has jumped on the podwagon and Blake Grey’s article on Daiginjo Sake is now available. I had a great Daiginjo with sushi the other night, light blue bottle, with a label I was unable to read. Daiginjo is top quality Sake and exhibits some beautiful flavors and a soft mouthfeel. Flavors can range from tropical fruits, to mineral, to savory.
