Castle Wine
Strolling through Hearst Castle this weekend in San Simeon, I stumbled across a few rooms my wife and I hadn’t seen before. The kitchen for one, was large and stocked with quality wines that were accessible without having to delve into the cellar. 1925 Chateau Margaux? No Problem! Grab a glass and enjoy.
