More health benefits found in wine

As part of my daily reading, which includes Cancer research, I stumbled upon this little nugget:

Resveratrol up-regulates dose-dependently the expression of 1,25(OH)2D3 nuclear receptor. Taken together, these results suggest that resveratrol or its derivatives deserve attention as potential drugs for treating multiple myeloma.

Translation: Resveratrol, a polyphenol found primarily in red wine, but also in white, can combat Alzheimer’Â’s disease and bone marrow cancer. Drink up!
