Enough is Enough

Marketers are smart, but they’re also annoying. Sometimes the method used to try and convince people to use or try a product borders on the unethical. When you see AP Articles with the intention of marketing it’s just upsetting. They should be unbiased non speculative stories that enlighten and educate. It’s not like companies don’t do this in other industry’s, in fact, some are even worse. Sony hired Graffiti artists to spray paint their product onto concrete walls in major metro areas.
Different methods of marketing a product are being thought of all the time, that’s what marketing departments get paid for. But I’m making a stand right now. I’m not falling for the ones that employ propaganda. Your one sided reviews of lame products aren’t going to sway my purchasing decisions.
Perhaps I’m being close minded to this “next big thing” for the wine industry. But, allow me to go on record: Screw capped plastic single serving bottles of wine are NOT the next big thing.

Your right, boxed wine is the next big thing!

Darn Right, in fact I just poured a bottle of 2002 Harlan Estate in a cardboard box to add some flavor to it. The results were incredible!

Oh, you meant boxing wine up and shipping to friends…..

Sorry, I didn’t make the connection. Until legislation is lifted in states that ban direct shipping, boxing wine and shipping it to your friends and family in those states is a kind gesture. Good tip Ano Nymous. Can I call you Ano?
