Winexpression™ Announces Premier Wine Show Produced On A Mac® Mini

PLEASANTON, California—April 17, 2006—Winexpression™ today unveiled an innovative video program on wine produced using an Apple® Mac® Mini and iMovie HD software, part of ilife ‘06. Available as a download today, the premier episode highlights the Livermore Valley Wine Country in California, and three winemakers from the area; Steven Mirassou from the Steven Kent Winery, Karl Wente from Wente Family Estates, and Kirstin Nolte from Tenuta Vineyards. This first episode will explore the focus of these winemakers and their vision for the future.

“I’ve had the idea for this show for the last 3 years,” stated Jathan MacKenzie, the shows Producer. “I was finally able to execute my idea using my Mac® Mini and iMovie software. Since I was on a budget, the great thing about iMovie is everything I needed was built in, from Audio effects and the new noise reducer, to the easy to use themes. I’m really excited with the way the show turned out, there just isn’t anything else out there like it.”
