		<description>Well, I guess you can look at the regions that are producing wines that are improving in quality, and identify weather conditions, soil composition, vineyard management practices, and other environmental  features to help you decide which features are optimum. Obviously what is an ideal condition to one winemaker may not be to another, depending on the style of wine they are trying to make. Typically however, wine is best made in climates that have plenty of sun in the summer combined with cool nights, and little rain during harvest.</description>
